About Nabi Stock

Founded

1989

The Northern Alberta Business Incubator (NABI) opened its doors at 13 Mission Avenue on March 16, 1989. The facility is a converted school building originally built in 1952. The building is 16 000 square feet. Approximately one-half of this space is leaseable space. The building houses thirty-two (32) offices of varying sizes. The amount of leasable space is a major constraint to attaining self-sustainability through office rentals. NABI, formally known as The St. Albert Business Development Centre (BDC) was originally established under the City of St. Albert By-Law No. 17/89.

There are two ways to exit your private company investment on EquityZen's marketplace. The first is if the company has an exit event like an IPO, merger or acquisition. In that case, we will distribute the shares and/or cash to you directly. The second way is through an Express Deal on EquityZen, if eligible. An Express Deal allows you to sell your allocation of private shares in a given private company to another investor on EquityZen's marketplace.
