The RealReal is an online and brick-and-mortar marketplace for authenticated luxury consignment. The RealReal aims to support the circular economy, giving "new life" to luxury items. The RealReal allows users to resell their luxury goods, such as clothing, handbags, and jewelry, from certain brands. Users ship their items into The RealReal for inspection and authentication, where specialists will appraise the item. Once the item is sold on the website or in-person, The RealReal will pay up to 85% of the selling price.
