SIMULATE's first product, NUGGS, is a chicken nugget simulation made from proprietary plant-based inputs. The Company currently has four products which can be found in 12,000 stores across the U.S. including 8 of the top 10 retailers in the country (e.g. Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, Kroger). In 2023, SIMULATE plans to launch four new products, two of which will be exclusive to the food service channel.
SIMULATE is headquartered in New York City with an R&D laboratory in San Francisco where the Company's in-house team of food scientists and PhD's are based. In New Jersey, SIMULATE built its own manufacturing facility which features one of the only vertical production lines for high moisture extrusion cooking in the United States. From its New Jersey facility, the Company launched a subsidiary co-manufacturing brand, ETA Lumis Foods, to service B2B customers seeking to add plant-based options to their product catalogs.
