Rentlogic is an apartment rental search engine focused on transparency. They work with city governments and local communities to find out everything about landlords, buildings and property management. They use this data to calculate ratings for buildings. These ratings describe information about things you would never know about before signing a lease; like heat problems, mold, rodents, hot water problems, cockroaches, broken elevators, unexpected rent increases or if the landlord has a tendency to keep the security deposit.
