Prescient® employs the Unified Truss Construction System (UTCS™), a patented light gauge and cold rolled steel structural system and framing technology capable of going to 12 stories. UTCS™ is cost competitive with wood structure and significantly less expensive than cast-in-place concrete and/or hot rolled steel.
