Planitar has developed an exciting new camera system for documenting indoor space. Our Planitar Interior Mapping System (IMS) combines advanced laser measurements, image processing, and panoramic photography for collecting property data on-site. Using our patented Planitar IMS, photographers visit a space (approximately 50 minutes for a 3,000 SF property) to collect layout, dimensional and photographic data. Data is processed by our Drafting team and presented in iGuide, our interactive web application that integrates floor plans, on-screen measurements and 360 degree panoramas. iGuide is a powerful information tool that gives users a superior 3 dimensional perception and understanding of space.
