DESCRIPTION: The CartaMe mobile app combines users' personal data with retail loyalty programs and a bank payment card, all in one. It transforms your payment card into a universal loyalty card, allowing customers to enjoy retail discounts and make payments with a single card in one easy step. Our solution has earned the prestigious VISA's Brand of the Year title. CartaMe's business approach focuses on addressing the hassle of managing multiple loyalty cards from various retailers. Connecting to new loyalty programs takes two taps in the CartaMe mobile app. PROBLEM AND SOLUTION: 1) For customers, we eliminate the clutter of numerous loyalty cards by consolidating them into a single CartaMe ID applicable across all loyalty schemes. 2) For banks, we boost transaction income by converting their cards into versatile loyalty cards that facilitate payments and encourage their use for daily transactions. 3) For retailers, we enhance their customer databases seamlessly without disrupting their existing loyalty schemes. 4) For VISA, we provide direct connections to key, high-frequency merchants, establishing robust, long-term relationships that distinguish us from the competition. HOW IT WORKS: 1) A user signs up in the CartaMe mobile app and obtains a unique CartaMe ID code. 2) We synchronize the CartaMe ID and the user's data with retail loyalty programs and a bank card, transforming the bank card into a universal loyalty card. 3) We maintain the integrity of retailers' loyalty programs, allowing CartaMe users to access them through their CartaMe ID, which remains consistent across all retailers. We refer to this as the Digital Customer Passport.
