BambooHR is online HR software for small and medium-sized businesses that have outgrown using spreadsheets to manage their employee information. BambooHR is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides small and medium-sized businesses with subscription-based online HR Software. HR professionals often refer to this type of software as a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
