Muse and social robots have been successfully used in the Education sector. More than 250 institutions and substantial users have used Muse-based mobile services like Vena Talk and Musio Talk and robots provided with crucial English learning content partners such as NHK, Oxford, Cambridge, Creverse, and Gakken especially in the seven leading countries - China, India, Brazil, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, and South Korea. For the next expansionary step, AKA is currently launching the Muse-based Gen AI sales agent and data analytics system: Muse EOS (Extra Ordinary Salesbooster). It is a generative A.I. SaaS designed to train salespeople using artificially generated scenarios and particular customer personas, eventually to become an AI sales agent for customers eventually. AKA would like to expand its services from technology to other industries dominated by sales, namely the US automobile and insurance industries. For Mental Health, the cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)-based AI engine called MuseAlpha will be delivered soon to train psychologists and aid cognitive impairment sufferers.
