HotelTonight provides same-day, last minute hotel deals, primarily through a mobile application and recently through the web. HotelTonight partners with hotels that provide unsold rooms and markets it on its platform at discounted rates. For Hotel Partners, the Company does not require allotments or rate requirements and guarantees instant payment. HotelTonight also allows users to book up to 100 days in advance.Â
