In no particular order, I'd like to share what I believe will be topics of discussion this year as it relates to pre-IPO tech companies:
- Will private tech companies be willing to have an IPO at a lower share price than their last private round?
- Will the cash-rich tech companies (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon) go on a spending spree for private tech companies?
- Will the RAISE Act pave the way for simpler secondary transactions?
- Will AdTech and E-Commerce companies make a comeback?
