In addition, he has extensive product research and development experience in the biotechnology arena as the lead biologist for ImaRx Pharmaceutical from 1993 to 2002. James Carlini is a Zeteo Senior Advisor with extensive national security technology experience ranging from executive management positions at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems to directing an office at DARPA and serving as a member of the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and a consultant to the Defense Science Board.
