Wag! is a mobile application used to find on-demand and certified dog walkers. When using the app, dog owners receive a push notification when the walk starts, followed by real-time GPS tracking of the walk. Once the walk is complete, dog owners will receive a report card with a photo, notes, the distance traveled, and a pee/poop report. The company claims that walker requests are usually filled within 30 minutes. The app also allows users to hire on-demand for dog sitting and dog boarding services. Wag! services are insured and bonded, and every walker and sitter has passed a thorough vetting process before being approved to work on the platform, according to the company.
