ASAPP is a research-based artificial intelligence software provider. The company provides customer care and sales agents with a platform that aims to help guide them through customer calls. ASAPP's software does not aim to replace human call center agents but instead sends agents real-time suggestions of what to say in response to customers’ comments.
ASAPP was founded in 2015 by Gustavo Sapoznik and is headquartered in New York City. The company has offices in New York, Silicon Valley, Buenos Aires, London, and Bozeman.
