Susan, Senior Counsel, Director of Marketplace Legal, has experience in representing issuers and underwriters in securities transactions, stock offerings, and debt offerings. Prior to her time at EquityZen, Susan was a capital markets attorney at Milbank LLP.
Susan is a double Longhorn, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from the University of Texas and J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She also studied in Santander, Spain at the Universidad de Cantabria and in Santiago, Chile at the Universidad Pontificia Católica de Chile.In her spare time, Susan enjoys yoga, spending time with friends and discovering new wines.
