Roy joined EquityZen in 2017 as an Associate on the Demand team. He started his career on the sales team at a consumer 3D printing company, MakerBot, where his passion for technology was born. After a pivot into finance, Roy became a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch where he advised retail clients on investing in the public markets for wealth-building and retirement.

He enjoys going to concerts, being outdoors on the beach or on a hike, and reading.

Roy holds a FINRA series 7, 66 and 24.
