Manasi is a Counsel on EquityZen’s Marketplace Team. Prior to joining EquityZen, she worked as a Senior Research Analyst at LicenseLogix, LLC.

Manasi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She grew up in Mumbai, India and has previously worked as an Associate in the Capital Markets group at the Mumbai office of the leading law firm, Khaitan & Co. Manasi has experience representing issuers, underwriters, and investors in a variety of private securities transactions, including initial public offerings and private placements.

In her free time, Manasi enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, baking, and going on walks.
