Prior to joining EquityZen in June 2021 as a Deal Analyst, Kirk spent two and a half years working in multiple litigation support roles related to corporate law. He gained exposure to venture capital and private markets through working with local angel investors in the D.C. metropolitan area. Most recently, Kirk completed an apprenticeship at Angelfund A.I., an early stage micro fund. Where he was involved in sourcing pre-seed startups and working with founders looking to raise capital.

In Kirk’s spare time he enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants and spending time with family.
