Flavia Vehbiu
Senior Counsel
Flavia is a Senior Counsel. Prior to joining EquityZen, she was a leveraged finance attorney at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and a capital markets attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in New York. Flavia has experience representing investment banks and companies in capital markets, acquisition financing and commercial lending transactions, including high yield debt offerings, registered debt and equity offerings, and syndicated institutional loans.
Flavia earned her J.D. from UCLA and holds a B.A. in Economics from The George Washington University. She also studied in Barcelona, Spain at the Universitat de Barcelona and speaks four languages.
In her spare time, Flavia enjoys yoga, playing piano and planning her next travels.
